Description
Called to attend at the Ford Factory re: a roo trapped within the precincts. Attended with LE, TS, SB. Roo was in a water treatment pond lined with rubber. By the time we got organised with equipment, roo had gone under water. Retrieved from water and tried to resuscitate to no avail.
